                 and zoning review, co-location application submittal, and lease amendments.

                   LightSquared LTE project.  Responsibilities include: identification

                   of candidates to approval with the clients radio frequency engineers

                   through the site candidate information package; leasing of the primary

                   land; handling of all jurisdictional requirements to approval and securing

                   the building permit.

                  

                    Right of Way and leasing contractor representing Element Power in

                    North Los Angeles County for a large wind project.  Duties included

                    securing transmission line easements with landowners for placement of

                    230KV towers, negotiating and securing leases for large tract parcels to

                    accommodate installation of wind turbines and associated equipment.

 

                  

CLEARWIRE; San Diego                                             September 2009-January 2010

 

                     Project Manager

                     Managed process flow site acquisition/zoning and staff for

                     Clearwire project, 60 sites, San Diego with overflow help to the San

                     Francisco Bay Area. Team included 2 zoning vendors and 4 site acquisition

                     members. Update Clearwire database, Clearvision, continually to track

                     successful on air timelines.  Through understanding of local market and

                     zoning conditions. Educated and drove the team to success while

                     informing the client as to changing patterns in the market.  Reviewed

                     leases for accuracy.  Conducted weekly meetings with the client to

                     report on progress and discuss issues pertaining to the project.

 

 

CONSULTANT/T/CLEARWIRE/T-MOBILE/SPRINT/NEXTEL    2005-2009

 

                     Responsible for full turn-key acquisition and zoning

                     site development in the Las Vegas Market for Clearwire, T-Mobile and

                     Sprint/Nextel. Management of sites for Clearwire from RF

                     evaluation/identification leasing, zoning, compliance, tracking to corporate,

                     building permit and construction. Worked closely with carrier co-location

                     specialists and major tower companies to successfully locate on their sites.

                     Audited sites for compliance and ordered FAA studies, regulatory

                     documents including: SHPPO, Phase 1, HENNET reports and FCC

                     requirements.

 

                     Manage all aspects of leasing, zoning, regulatory and development and

                     implementation of site acquisition procedures and documentation of leases.                    

                     Leasing and Zoning duties for new build sites, Sprint/Nextel, IDEN and

                    CDMA wireless facilities.  Meets with owners to improve customer

                    satisfaction, and strategize with owners to develop best practices and

                     improve telecom leasing success. Also responsible for Special Projects

                     including temporary COW deployments throughout the Las Vegas Valley

                     along with Modification and integration leasing. Report and maintain to all

                     Air, 91 sites. Understanding the master leases, renewal opportunities along

                     with working together with the landlords to review all leases and license

                     agreements. Maintain information on telecom leases or licenses. Conduct

                     weekly meetings to report on progress and goals to T-Mobile/National

                     Development Team.  Update and maintain T-Mobile National database.

                     Create and implement strategies to bring sites on air in a timely manner

                     within budgetary constraints.  Work in close conjunction with RF engineers

                     to design an effective network based on local knowledge and future growth

                     Contracted with Cingular Wireless to manage and track the zoning/

                     permitting of 59 initial 2005-06 wireless facilities in the Las Vegas

                     market.  Identify candidates as suitable through jurisdiction's zoning

                     to staff, City Council and Planning Commission.

                      Zoning Drawings, landlord participation and tracking sites to BP.
